BooksForge Terms of Service

Effective date: June 10, 2026. These terms govern use of BooksForge websites, business portals, setup workflows, automation features, and connected services including Facebook Page and Meta integrations.

Who may use BooksForge

You must be an authorized business representative to create a BooksForge account, connect a business profile, connect a Facebook Page, approve posts, manage leads, or request setup changes for a business.

BooksForge cannot access or administer a Facebook Page unless an authorized business representative connects it through Meta OAuth and grants Page access. A connection applies only to the selected Page and the permissions Meta reports; it does not authorize broader account, Business Manager, advertising, inbox, or lead administration.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, customer communications, uploaded assets, setup instructions, and approvals provided through BooksForge.

Service description

BooksForge provides owner-managed lead intake and follow-up workspaces, forwarded-notification review, scheduling workflows, setup checklists, payment-link workflows when live payment and delivery providers are connected, and business-page assistance for local-service businesses.

Facebook Page publishing and any provider lead/notification features are available only when the required provider account, permissions, subscription, mapping, and verified event delivery are active. Connecting a Facebook Page for publishing does not by itself enable Meta Lead Ads capture.

Approvals and customer responsibility

Businesses remain responsible for the messages, posts, offers, prices, services, claims, images, and customer communications they approve or publish through BooksForge. BooksForge may draft, queue, route, or automate workflows, but the business is responsible for reviewing regulated, legal, medical, financial, employment, advertising, and platform-policy-sensitive content before use.

Third-party platforms

BooksForge does not guarantee that Meta, Google, Stripe, Twilio, email providers, or other third parties will approve or maintain access, deliver messages, accept payments, keep APIs available, or preserve specific features. Third-party services may change their rules, pricing, permissions, or availability at any time.

You must comply with the terms and policies of connected platforms, including Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Page policies, payment-provider rules, SMS/email laws, and any industry-specific requirements that apply to your business.

Payments and billing

Paid plans, setup fees, image-work orders, and payment-processing features are billed according to the pricing or checkout terms shown at purchase. Third-party payment processing may require separate onboarding, identity verification, or approval.

Acceptable use

You may not use BooksForge to send spam, impersonate another business, upload unlawful content, misrepresent offers, violate platform rules, collect data without authorization, or interfere with BooksForge systems or other customers.

Availability and changes

BooksForge may update features, pricing, workflows, templates, and integrations as the product changes. BooksForge may suspend or limit access when needed for security, abuse prevention, nonpayment, legal compliance, or platform-policy compliance.

Limitations

BooksForge is provided as a business workflow tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, BooksForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, platform-access, deliverability, ranking, review, payment-provider, or business-interruption damages.
