Built for the work that keeps towns running.

BooksForge is the operating layer for local service businesses — the place where requests become jobs, jobs become invoices, and invoices become cleaner books.

Our story

From one crowded desktop to one connected record.

Every local service business we met was running the same juggling act: a phone log here, a paper estimate there, an invoice in one app and a calendar in another. The job got done — but the record of it lived in five places, and the books got rebuilt from scratch every month.

BooksForge connects the daily operating work into a single trail: one inbox, one customer record, one work-to-books trail. The business owner still approves every reply, every schedule, every invoice. The software just stops losing the thread.

What we believe

Principles that show up in every screen.

1️⃣

One record, end to end

Never rebuild the same customer or job in a second tool. Context follows the work.

2️⃣

Owner approval, always

Queued, not sent. Drafts and replies wait for a human yes before they go anywhere.

3️⃣

Books before buzzwords

If it doesn't make the books cleaner or the follow-up faster, it doesn't ship.

4️⃣

Honest language

A booking request is a request until the owner confirms it. We say what the state is.

5️⃣

Local by default

Directory, deals, and booking exist to connect real neighborhoods with real businesses.

6️⃣

Simple enough to hand off

An owner, a manager, or a bookkeeper should all be able to read the same page.
